INFORMATION ON THE USE OF PERSONAL DATA

As WOO CELLECTION, we attach great importance to ensuring the security of your personal information that you have submitted to us either by using our website, filling out the relevant application forms or by other means, within the framework of the relevant legislation, especially the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey, the relevant international conventions to which our country is a party and the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"). We would like to enlighten you as Data Controller about the aforementioned legislation and some definitions specified in this legislation.

General Information About the Law

Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data was adopted on March 24, 2016 and published in the Official Gazette No. 29677 dated April 7, 2016 and entered into force on this date.

According to Article 32 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, Articles 8, 9, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 of this Law entered into force on October 7, 2016, 6 months after its publication (April 7, 2016). Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data; It was adopted in order to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, especially the privacy of private life, in the processing of personal data and to regulate the obligations of real and legal persons who process personal data and the procedures and principles to be followed.

As the COMPANY, whose detailed corporate information is published below, we will use your personal data in accordance with the relevant legislation as the Data Controller in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.

Collection Method of Your Personal Data

Your personal data may be collected verbally, in writing or electronically through channels such as our website, our company units and unit employees, forms collected during customer visits, asking questions, requesting information or filing complaints regarding services, purchases and commercial activities in order to fulfill the operations carried out by the business units of our Companies in accordance with the requirements of the legislation, contracts and technology.

You may submit your application to exercise these rights in writing or by submitting your Personal Data

If a separate method is determined by the Protection Board, you can send it to us in accordance with this method. The application that you have as a personal data owner and that you will make to exercise your rights mentioned above and that includes your explanations regarding the right you request to exercise; It must contain identity and address information and documents certifying your identity must be attached to the application.
